The most common reason why you can not complete your purchase is usually because our shop 'cookie' which temporarily stores your basket information is not activated correctly.
If the shop keeps forgetting your items please quit your browser then re-start it. Clear your cache and clear out all cookies. Then go back to the SOS shop.
Look at the bottom right corner of our page to see if the Cookie Control pop-up box appears. If so, please accept the cookies by clicking the green button, don't worry there is nothing to be concerned about. If you do NOT see the pop-up box then your browser has automatically accepted the cookies.
