SOS Username Change Request

To change the Username you use to log into the SOS web site, please submit the form below and we will notify you as soon as the change takes place.

• Note: if you are a DIGITAL subscriber, this Username applies also to your Sound On Sound iOS/Android App login, but only if your subscription is direct with SOS (not Apple iTunes, which is controlled by your Apple ID/password login).
• Please allow up to 10 working days, as we receive lots of update requests. Thank you.
